the vision
Teaching to Transform needed a professional online presence that better reflected Melissa Morrison’s experience, evolving services, and thoughtful approach to literacy instruction. Her previous website contained valuable information, but it lacked the clear structure and visual consistency needed to guide educators, instructional coaches, and school leaders through her work. The goal was to create a polished, approachable website that clearly communicated her expertise, introduced the Engaged Writers Framework, and made it easy for schools to explore professional learning opportunities.

We strategically reorganized, redesigned, and migrated Teaching to Transform from Squarespace to WordPress, creating a more cohesive and user-friendly experience across every device. The new website clearly distinguishes Melissa’s professional development and coaching services while giving her framework, podcast, blog, testimonials, and educator resources room to shine. Intentional messaging, thoughtful visuals, and clear calls to action now guide visitors toward exploring her services, downloading a resource, or scheduling a consultation. The result is a welcoming, credible platform that reflects the purpose behind Melissa’s work and supports the continued growth of Teaching to Transform.
